Yoga & Movement

Natalie began practicing yoga in 2015 and found that her time on the mat was the best place to experience and empower her mind & body. She has found the profound effects of yoga practice have influenced her as a mother, professional musician and business owner.

In 2016 she received 200 Hour certification at Urban Breath’s Yoga Teacher Training Program and an additional 200 hour Certification in 2022 through Yoga Source. She is currently enrolled in a 300-hr advanced yoga teacher training with emphasis in the autonomic nervous system & ELDOA theories.

Natalie’s personal practices include meditation, vinyasa, yin, hatha, and restorative branches. Classes with Natalie are gentle, mindful, and geared towards slowing down and moving inward.
