This Hatha yoga practice, great for both the beginner and experienced yogi, will take you through a sweet flow, deep stretch, and exploration of the asanas in a slow and mindful manner, focusing primarily on connecting each movement with the breath. Offering variations to meet the individual needs of the mindset, heart space, and body that we are in that moment.
